LCF-MS in modular design in standard or flexible format design
Filling and sealing machines of the LCF-MS series are the right answer to frequently changing packaging formats and products. From portion packs to bottles to family packs, these systems fill all known liquid and pasteurised dairy products as well as fruit juices, sauces, dressings, cereals and salads under reinfection-free conditions. Different dosing systems are available for the individual product types. Gentle product treatment and a long shelf life are guaranteed. The entire working area of the filling plant including the dosing systems is designed for CIP/SIP cleaning. The use of state-of-the-art servo technology and corresponding software enables flexible adaptation of all stations as well as the fastest possible format changes.
The filling systems are designed for a long service life with low wear and tear and maximum production reliability.
